The Elala Battery is compatible with all Elala rideable suitcases: the Master, Pro, Lite, and P28.

Yes. As a lithium battery under 100Wh, it may be carried on all airlines and cruise lines. It must be in your carry-on or personal item, not checked baggage.

Place the battery in the slot and slide it down until it connects. To take it out, slide it up and out of the slot. No tools required.

6.2 miles per charge, the same range as the battery that came with your suitcase.

60 minutes for a full charge.

Yes. The built-in 5V USB-C port charges your devices. The battery holds up to 6 iPhone charges per full charge.

The battery is covered for 6 months from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects. To make a claim, email support@elalausa.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or a short video showing the issue. Approved claims receive a full replacement unit.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email support@elalausa.com with your order number and reason for return. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer covers return shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 7 days with photos and Elala covers return shipping at no cost with no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection.
