With a 70-liter shell and support for two riders, the Elala P28 goes further than the airport. Through the hotel lobby, the cruise deck, the resort grounds, wherever the trip takes you, you're riding it.

The Elala P28 is the checked suitcase that carries you. Built for travelers who cover serious ground: hotel corridors, cruise decks, resort grounds, and city streets. Ride at up to 13 mph, carry a second bag hands-free, and seat two riders.

Before check-in, the 96.2Wh battery slides out into your personal item. The suitcase checks in. Slide it back in at your destination and ride. Cleared for all airlines except United.

Yes. The 96.2Wh removable battery is FAA and TSA approved. Remove it before check-in and carry it in your personal item. The suitcase checks in normally on all airlines except United.

Nearly all major US carriers including Delta, American Airlines, Southwest, and JetBlue are compatible. United Airlines does not currently permit rideable electric luggage.

Nearly all major cruise lines including Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Celebrity, and Princess are compatible. MSC and NCL do not currently permit rideable electric luggage.

Before check-in, slide the battery out and into your personal item. The suitcase checks in normally. At your destination, slide the battery back in and ride.

Place the battery in the slot and slide it down until it connects. To take it out, slide it up and out of the slot. No tools required.

Yes. The built-in 5V USB-C port charges your devices. The battery holds up to 6 iPhone charges per full charge.

The suitcase is covered for 12 months and the battery for 6 months from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting normal function, including the motor, wheels, charging port, and electrical components. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, drops, water damage, or airline handling damage. To make a claim, email support@elalausa.com with your order number, proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photos or a short video. Approved claims receive a full replacement unit.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. To start a return, email support@elalausa.com with your order number and reason for return. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer covers return shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 7 days with photos and Elala covers return shipping at no cost with no restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection.
