Every Elala scooter undergoes rigorous quality checks before it ships. We proudly back our product with a 1-year limited warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If your e-scooter has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love your Elala. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
