At security, the battery slides out and goes in a separate bin, just like a laptop. TSA may ask what it is, just say it's a rideable suitcase. Slide the battery back in after screening and ride through the airport. At the gate, they may ask about the battery. Slide it out and tell them it's the only battery the suitcase has, and it's 96.2Wh, under the 100Wh limit. Put it into your personal item. The suitcase goes overhead. Done.
